Netflix, which was working fine until last night, suddenly appears with the Netflix NW36 error code saying 'Cannot connect to Netflix.' In this case, the solution is as follows. If Netflix NW-3-6 error code occurs on your smart TV, click the banner below and follow the instructions.
Step 1. Delete conflicting programs
1. Close the web browser with the Netflix NW36 error code.
2. Open the task manager by pressing the Ctrl key, Alt key, and Del key at the same time.

5. Select [End Job].

1. Click the magnifying glass icon to the right of the Windows Start button.
2. Type [Control Panel] and press Enter.
3. Select the [Programs and Features] menu.
4. Click [Name] to sort in A, B, C order.
5. Right-click all programs in [Microsoft Visual C++...] and click [Uninstall] one by one to delete them.
6. Reboot the PC after deleting everything.
7. Click the magnifying glass icon to the right of the Windows Start button.
8. Enter [Update] and press Enter.
9. Update all items of [Microsoft Visual C++...] among update items. And all other items waiting to be updated are updated.
10. When the update is complete, reboot the PC.
11. Restart Netflix. And if the Netflix NW-3-6 error occurs again, proceed to the next step.
Step 3. disk cleanup
If there is not enough space on the PC hard disk, Netflix NW36 error occurs as a runtime error. Perform the following steps to free up space by erasing unnecessary files.
1. Run Windows Explorer.
2. Right-click Windows (C:).
3. Select [Properties (R)].
4. Select [Disk Cleanup].
5. Check all the boxes in the [Files to delete] list and click [OK].
6. When the deletion is complete, reboot the PC. Restart Netflix. If Netflix NW-3-6 error occurs, proceed to the next step.
Step 4. Reinstall the graphics driver
1. While holding down the Windows key, press the X key.
2. Select [Device Manager].
3. Double-click [Display adapter].
4. Right-click the installed graphic driver.
5. Click [Remove Device].
6. Reboot the PC when uninstallation is complete. And update the graphics driver according to the instructions.
7. Launch Netflix.
Netflix NW-3-6 error that occurs with a message stating that Netflix could not be connected due to a setting change due to an error. Most of these will be resolved by following the steps above.
